Mabataki Film Eyeliner

Mabataki is an eyeliner built on Japanese film-forming technology — a water-based polymer film, not a wax paint. It sets into one flexible, breathable layer of color that the natural oil on your eyelid can't dissolve, then slides off in seconds with warm water. Named after the Japanese word for "blink": you blink roughly 15,000 times a day, and this is the first liner designed to survive it.
